The Fair On The Square is Lawrenceville's Annual Fall Festival. The 4th Annual Fair On The Square will take place on
September 8th, 2012 from 11AM to 7:00PM. This event includes Unique Vendors, Arts and Crafts, Food, A Kid's Zone
and the Entertainment Stage where performances take place throughout the day. We are expecting 5-6,000 attendees this
year. Read carefully as this year's application has several new features.
Please consider becoming a Sponsor for the Fair On The Square. Sponsorship is a great way to promote your business.
Sponsors receive an ad in our magazine which is distributed to 20,000 Lawrenceville residences. Vendor space is free
with your sponsorship package. If you are interested in finding out more about becoming a Sponsor, please check the
"Sponsor Info" box below, and someone from Solutions Marketing will contact you.
Additional Information: As you know, the Fair On The Square takes place at the Historic Courthouse which is a
Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation facility. Please note that the following requirements for vendors and exhibitors
have been implemented by Gwinnett County. The Fair On The Square Committee has no control over these issues.
New Requirements:
All vendors and exhibitors who attend events on the Historic Courthouse Grounds are required to provide the following:
1) A Signed General Release form.
2) A Signed Vendor Requirements form.
3) A Copy of General Liability Insurance Certificate
(See Vendor Requirements form and Sample Certificate Below for Details)
- Food vendors and larger businesses should already carry liability insurance.
- Individuals (direct sales/arts/crafts etc.) should be able to add a rider to their homeowners policy to meet this
requirement. Arts & Crafts vendor insurance can also be obtained a season or a single event at actinspro.com.
4) Food Vendors Only - A Signed Food Service Authorization and Indemnification form.
These forms can be downloaded and printed from the links below.
*No vendor will be allowed to secure a space without meeting these requirements.
First submit your online application. You will be informed by email within 3-4 business days whether you have been
accepted to participate as a vendor at the Fair On The Square, along with a detailed invoice for payment. Forms may be
submitted by mail, email, fax or in person (see contact information below) Once all forms and payment have been
received, you will receive a final confirmation of your reserved space. All forms and payments must be received no later
than August 10, 2012. Vendors with missing and incomplete forms or payments as of 8/10/12 will forfeit their
reservation. No payments or paperwork will be accepted on the day of the event. Vendor Packets will be sent in
mid-August.
